The ToolZen Invoice Generator is an online tool that turns the details you type into a clean, professional invoice, receipt or quotation while you watch. You can add your logo, choose a layout and colour, write the invoice in English, Sinhala or Tamil, add tax, discount and delivery charges, and see the balance due. How to use the Invoice Generator
- Choose who you are (business, freelancer, farmer, student or service provider) and the document type, or press Load an example to see how it works.
- Fill in your details, add your logo, then enter the customer name and address.
- Add each item with its quantity, unit and price. Add discount, tax, delivery and any amount already paid if needed.
- Check the preview, then press Download PDF and choose Save as PDF in the print window, or send the invoice summary on WhatsApp.

Tips for best results
Give every invoice a unique number and keep the same format each time, because it makes your records easy to follow. Put your bank or mobile wallet details in Payment details so customers know how to pay, and set clear payment terms such as Net 7 days. Use Save to keep a copy of each invoice on your device, and download a Backup now and then in case you clear your browser data. If your country requires tax details on invoices, add your tax or registration number and choose the Tax Invoice type.
